Refunds on downgrades or cancellations will be considered only if the client has notified Asyntrix within the first week of the service period and has provided a minimum of 30 days' written notice. Any excess amount — after adjusting for the notice period and any pending dues — may be refunded at our discretion.
No refunds apply during the 30-day pilot period. Charges are only incurred if the client continues the service beyond the pilot, which constitutes acceptance of the service terms.
Refunds for unused plan hours are not permitted. Unused hours may roll over in accordance with the terms of your individual plan.
Quality concerns must be reported to our Quality Department within 3 business days of task completion. After this window, the work is deemed accepted. Where valid quality issues are reported in time, Asyntrix will provide rework on a best-effort basis.
Asyntrix bears no responsibility for refunds arising from insufficient client-provided documentation, errors in the client's own processes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Refunds resulting from a processing or billing error on our part are issued exclusively via PayPal to prevent fraud. Currency exchange fees and transaction charges may apply.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days. The time taken for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
